It has always been my vision to create a luxury Hair & Beauty Salon with the focus of delivering an exceptional customer experience, career growth and opportunities, culture and an environment where my team can develop their own strengths.
Since the Loulous Brand was created in 2009, we have gone from strength to strength and we have had some huge successes and wins. During this time, Loulous has flourished with the opening of the Luxurious Day Spa in 2017 to add to the Loulous experience of being able to deliver both Hair & Beauty services in one destination.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, mountain biking exploring NZ and travelling.

I joined the Loulous team 6 1/2 years ago after 30 years in media.
It was time for a change and I have never looked back. My role is a combination of reception duties and assisting around the salon to keep everything running smoothly.
I love catching up with clients and making them feel welcome. You'll hear the girls in the salon call me 'Gucci', a nickname which comes from my maiden name - Gooch.
I take pride in providing top customer service and love being a part of the Loulous family.
I am married with 4 beautiful step children and 6 grandchildren who are my world.
Megan Webster
Executive Stylist / Trainer
With my 26 years of experience, I never tire of creating new styles and doing colour journeys with my clients from stunning blondes to super gorgeous coppers and reds. I love it all.
I also love teaching our up and coming stylists in our academy from the beginning basics right up to the technical side so they can complete their hairdressing finals.
In my spare time, i enjoy a good puzzle and crocheting. But I absolutely love getting lost in my vegie garden, and I always have at least two books on the go.
My husband and we love exploring our beautiful country, and following the formula 1 and going overseas every couple of years to enjoy the races live.
I have a wonderful family who live in Auckland, so we spend a lot of time up there as family is always precious.

I've been an Executive Hairstylist here at Loulous for the past 2 years.
I have been hairdressing for about 12 years now.
I have a passion for working with people and doing hair. I love doing extensions, blonde work, cutting and bouncy blow waves, but what I love most about my work is all my lovely clients, seeing them happy and walk out the door with a smile on their faces.
My husband and I moved from South Africa to New Zealand 2 years ago. We are so happy and grateful to build a new life in this beautiful country.
I live in the beautiful country side of Te Awamutu with tons of house plants and all our lovely pets, we have a Golden Retriever dog, KuneKune pigs and some chickens.

I joined Loulous after moving from Auckland in 2021 and have loved being part of the team ever since!
Blonde work and tape-in extensions are my passion, and I thrive on creating stunning transformations that leave my clients feeling beautiful and confident.
I live in Tirau with my fiancé, Josh, and our two cats, Shadow and Beef. When I’m not in the salon, you’ll likely find me at the beach, camping, spending time with family and friends, or planning my wedding!

I was born in Auckland and moved to Cambridge when i was 5.
My passion for the industry started when I was young. I watched my cousin in her Salon and loved the atmosphere, fun and creativity. She even taught me to apply colour at 10 years of age.
My favourite hair trend has to be extensions - the transformations are amazing!
I am excited to be a part of the Loulous Team and get to know you all.
